Mike Leake blanked the Pirates for six innings in the Reds' 2-0 victory on Saturday. Leake allowed seven hits to Francisco Liriano's four and struck out six fewer batters (five to 11), yet he walked away with the win tonight. He's allowed just one earned run over 27 innings in his last four starts. Mixed leaguers shouldn't expect it to last forever, but he'll be worth using for a while longer. After getting the Cardinals next week, he'll face the Cubs and the Pirates again.
