Mike Leake allowed just four hits in six scoreless innings of work on Monday evening, improving to 7-4 in Cincinnati's 5-0 win in Tampa Bay. Leake struck out three while walking two, and displayed masterful control all night, rarely forcing catcher Ramon Hernandez to move his glove. Leake has been excellent since being reinserted into the Reds rotation on May 27, going 4-2 with a 2.49 ERA in 47 innings over seven outings.
