Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports that it's "looking more" like Jered Weaver (back) will be activated when first eligible. Weaver extended his long-tossing to 300 feet Wednesday and is expected to throw off a mound soon. While the Angels will have a better idea as to his status when he climbs atop the bump, things are certainly looking up for the team's ace. Weaver, who is eligible to return on June 13, boasts a 2.61 ERA and 0.93 WHIP in 69 innings this season.
