Mike Aviles went 3-for-4, hitting a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Indians defeated the Twins 4-3 on Wednesday. Against Twins reliever Casey Fien, Asdrubal Cabrera led off the inning with a double. Lonnie Chisenhall moved him over to third with a sacrifice bunt. After Yan Gomes grounded out to shortstop, the Indians' chances at a win suffered a serious blow, but Aviles sent them home happy with an RBI single to shallow center. Aviles has done a good job as a utlityman, as he now has a .303 average and .338 on-base percentage on the season.
