Mike Aviles is in Monday's starting lineup against the Padres, batting ninth and playing in left field. Michael Brantley moves over to center field and will bat sixth. Aviles has made three starts this season, all in the infield. He only made four starts in the outfield last season. With Michael Bourn close to a return, this lineup shake-up won't be common.
