Mike Aviles doubled twice and knocked in two runs against the Mariners on Tuesday. Manager Bobby Valentine has taken to batting Aviles ninth against righties and first against lefties. It's not ideal for his fantasy value, but it likely is the smart way to play it. Aviles has nice power numbers for a shortstop, but his OBP currently sits at .292.
