Mike Adams (shoulder) will be activated from the 15-day disabled list on Tuesday. Adams had been scheduled to return Monday, but he made a rehab appearance on Saturday at Triple-A Lehigh Valley and the Phillies want to give him two full days of rest before officially adding him to their major league bullpen. Adams is on his way back from shoulder and hernia surgeries.
