Mike Adams (shoulder) is scheduled to begin a minor league rehab assignment on Thursday. Adams will get started with the High-A Clearwater Threshers and then wind his way through the Phillies' minor league system. The setup man is recovering from shoulder and hernia operations. If all goes well, he could be activated around mid-to-late April.
