Mike Adams (shoulder) could be activated from the disabled list Monday. Adams, who is working his way back from shoulder and hernia operations, has made three appearances with Class A Clearwater. He's scheduled to move up to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Saturday, which should be his final test before activation.
