The Chicago White Sox placed pitcher Michael Kopech (shoulder) on the 15-day injured list Saturday due to shoulder inflammation. According to White Sox general manager Rick Hahn, there is no long-term concern with Kopech. It's possible the 26-year-old will not pitch again this season.
