Detroit Tigers right-hander Michael Fulmer (neck) is "doing great" after starting rehab activity early in July, according to manager A.J. Hinch. He's been out since June 27 with a right cervical spine strain. Fulmer must complete a bullpen session this weekend before he's allowed to progress to live batting practice.
