Michael Cuddyer will not be placed on the disabled list. Cuddyer sat out Friday because of discomfort in his rib cage, but he does not have an oblique strain and should be ready to rock after a couple days of rest. The 34-year-old outfielder is batting .339/.397/.603 with 10 home runs and 37 RBI in 45 games this season.
