Michael Cuddyer left Wednesday's Cactus League game after taking a Jeff Samardzija pitch off his hand. Troy Renck of the Denver Post says the "early indications were that Cuddyer did not suffer a fracture." He will be examined by the Rockies' medical staff and then the team should quickly issue a status update.
