Cleveland Indians outfielder Michael Brantley is not in the starting lineup for Monday's game. With Texas Rangers lefty Cole Hamels on the mound, Cleveland's lineup is very righty-heavy. Brantley is hitting an excellent .348/.361/.536 so far this season, but he'll be on the bench to begin this series.
