Minnesota Twins outfielder Michael A. Taylor (head) remains out of the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Boston Red Sox. The 32-year-old left during Sunday's game after he was hit in the helmet by a pitch. The Twins haven't placed Taylor on the injured list, so it's assumed this is a day-to-day issue. Willi Castro will cover center field and bat ninth versus right-hander Kutter Crawford on Tuesday.
