Mets signed RHP Cory Wade; assigned him to Triple-A Las Vegas. Wade has bounced around this season, beginning with the Cubs before going to the Rays. The right-hander has a 3.56 ERA over 65 2/3 innings at Triple-A and will merely serve as minor league depth with the Mets.
