Mets recalled LHP Josh Edgin from Triple-A Las Vegas. Edgin was a big disappointment prior to his demotion in late April and wasn't much better in the minors, posting a 6.75 ERA in 16 appearances between Double- and Triple-A. Still, the Mets have called him up to replace Robert Carson in the bullpen.
