Mets pitching coach Dan Warthen was impressed by some recent video that he watched of Johan Santana. Warthen will get an up close and personal look at the strides Santana has made during a light bullpen session Friday. "I've been looking at video from when he's been down here recently and comparing it to video from 2008, before he got hurt," the pitching coach told the New York Post. "It's no different. Not even one percent. That's extremely important. It's just a matter of maintaining that." Santana hasn't pitched in a major league game since September of 2010 due to shoulder surgery.
