Mets outfield prospect Brandon Nimmo went 2-for-6 with a double, home run, and a sacrifice for Double-A Binghamton on Friday. Nimmo initially struggled in the Eastern League, but has found his stroke as of late, and has hits in his last five games. Nimmo came into the season slowly falling off the prospect radar, but has hit well and could be in Queens as soon as mid-2015. He does not have star potential, but could hit .280 with a high OBP and 30-plus doubles.
