Mets manager Terry Collins said Wednesday that he would have liked to see Ruben Tejada arrive to camp early. Tejada ran into a bit of a delay in his native Panama due to a visa issue, but is expected to arrive by the required report date on Saturday. It's ultimately not a big issue, but Collins clearly wanted his new everyday shortstop to show some initiative.
