Mets manager Terry Collins said Friday that Travis d'Arnaud (foot) is doing "everything except playing." D'Arnaud is still trying to make it back from a foot fracture suffered back in April. While he has experienced some discomfort while running, it appears that he is slowly making progress. "He's hitting. He's throwing," said Collins. "He's catching in the pens. He's doing everything except playing right now." D'Arnaud likely would have made his major league debut by now if he was healthy, but now a September call-up is the most likely scenario.
