Mets manager Terry Collins expects Jason Bay (concussion) to be out longer than seven days. "I don't know how long it's going to be, but my guess is that it'll certainly take a little bit of time," Collins said. "We're just going to bide our time and see how he comes out here in the next few days and see how he feels." Bay suffered his second concussion in less than two years Friday and was placed on the 7-day DL. The Mets activated Justin Turner to replace him on the roster.
