Mets activated LHP Josh Edgin from the 60-day disabled list. Edgin suffered a stress fracture in his rib cage in August and did not return to a mound. The left-hander posted a 3.77 ERA in 28 2/3 innings before the injury and would seem to be a lock for a bullpen spot in 2014.
