Meek was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on Monday, Eduardo A. Encina of the Baltimore Sun reports. Meek was called up along with Joe Saunders on Monday to bolster the Orioles bullpen in September. He struggled with the club earlier this season, posting a 7.47 ERA and 1.66 WHIP, but was much better in Triple-A (1.94 ERA and 0.98 WHIP).
