Meek has signed a minor league deal with the Nationals that includes an invite to spring training, according to MLB.com. The Nats have a pretty set bullpen, so Meek would likely be slotted to long relief if he did find a way to make the team. At least the veteran will get a chance to work for a contender. The 31-year-old veteran did have nice 1.94 ERA and 16 saves in 39 games at Triple-A last season.
