McGee (knee) was activated off the 15-day disabled list Saturday, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

The Rockies will get some much-needed help in the back end of the bullpen with McGee's return from left knee inflammation. McGee has been efficient in save opportunities this season, converting 15 out of 18 chances, but his ERA sits at an undesirable 4.98 to go with a 1.57 WHIP. The Rockies designated Yohan Flande for assignment in a corresponding move Saturday.
