McGee (elbow) is schedule for a bullpen session Sunday. After he throws, the Rays will determine if he's ready to begin a minor league rehab assignment, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports. If he's cleared to begin the assignment early this week, McGee could conceivably be ready to rejoin the Tampa Bay bullpen before the end of April.
