McGee (elbow) is planning throw his first bullpen session of the spring this upcoming Tuesday, Roger Mooney of the Tampa Tribune reports. It appears that McGee's recovery from arthroscopic elbow surgery is still going according to plan, as the left-handed closer would reach another checkpoint with a successful bullpen session. He is still set to begin the season on the disabled list, but could begin a rehab assignment by mid-April.
