McFarland got the win in Sunday's spring training game despite allowing an unearned run on five hits in two innings against the Blue Jays. McFarland is destined for the Triple-A rotation once again. He has not been effective this spring, allowing eight earned runs on 19 hits with four walks in 11 innings. The Orioles have other starters that should be higher than McFarland on the depth chart, so a shot at the rotation this season seems very slim.
