McCann went 1-for-4 with an RBI in Tuesday's loss to the Rays. McCann is now riding a five game hitting streak -- though he's collected just a single hit in each of them -- with two home runs and four RBI in that span. He hasn't hit above .270 since 2009, but his current .240 mark is an improvement over last year. He's one of the best power-hitting catchers in the league, so it's encouraging that he's been able to double up his home run total on the year during his recent five-game hitting streak.
