McCann is out of the lineup Tuesday, the YES Network's Meredith Marakovits reports. It is just a standard day off for McCann, and a logical one with lefty Mike Montgomery on the mound for the Mariners. McCann had a stretch last week where he homered in four straight games, so he has bought himself at least a couple weeks of goodwill in the fantasy community. John Ryan Murphy gets the start at catcher Tuesday.
