Manager David Bell said Thursday he anticipates Minor (shoulder) being "slightly delayed" to begin the regular season, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Minor has dealt with shoulder soreness early in spring training and is feeling better with two weeks remaining until Opening Day, but Bell said the left-hander is unlikely to have enough time to build up prior to the first week of the season. If the 34-year-old ultimately requires a stint on the IL to begin the year, Hunter Greene, Nick Lodolo and Riley O'Brien should be in the mix to fill in as starters.
