Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (knee) has been placed on the 10-day injured list with right knee tendinitis. The 30-year-old outfielder missed the previous three contests due to the injury so the Twin will free up a roster spot by stashing him on the injured list. Matt Wallner has been recalled from Triple-a St. Paul in a corresponding move. Kepler should return to Minnesota sometime next week if he doesn't suffer a setback during his recovery.
