Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (head) left the game early on Thursday against the Cleveland Guardians due to a migraine. Before departing the contest, Kepler went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a strikeout. He just recently returned from the 10-day injured list due to a hamstring injury, but hopefully his migraine issues won't force him back to the IL anytime soon.
