The Minnesota Twins reinstated outfielder Max Kepler (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list on Monday and optioned outfielder Kyle Garlick to Triple-A St. Paul in a corresponding move. Kepler will return to the Twins after skipping a minor-league rehab assignment.
