Mets manager Terry Collins made the announcement while speaking to reporters Sunday morning, but he did not elaborate as to whether the team will go to a six-man rotation, or simply elect to bump Bartolo Colon from the mix as a starter. Given that Matz was being stretched out during his rehab assignment, this announcement is hardly surprising.
