Matz is coming off his strongest rehab start to date, shutting down the Padres' Triple-A affiliate with eight strikeouts over 5.0 scoreless frames. Provided he makes it through Saturday's outing unscathed, Matz should get the start for the evening installment of the Mets' doubleheader against the Braves on June 10.
