Matusz, who opens the season on the DL, is expected to return to the Orioles when first eligible on Apr. 10. The 29-year-old will slot in as a middle reliever and is coming off of a strong 2015 campaign in which he posted a 2.94 ERA and 1.18 WHIP across 49 innings.
