Detroit Tigers starting pitcher Matthew Boyd will face three left-handed hitters in his start against the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday: Shohei Ohtani, Brian Goodwin, and Kole Calhoun. The Angels are sending out an identical lineup to Tuesday. Boyd would be a must-start in any standard league against the Angels regardless, but it helps even more to face some same-handed hitters, all of whom the Tigers got to observe on Tuesday as well. Use him in DFS if you like the price, by all means.
