Matt Shoemaker will make a spot start for the Angels on Friday night against the Mariners. He's filling in for Jered Weaver, who was scratched because of forearm tightness. Shoemaker posted a weak 4.64 ERA in 29 starts this season at the Triple-A level and is not a recommended fantasy streamer.
