Matt Shoemaker is expected to be called up to start on Tuesday against the Phillies. He'll be taking the rotation spot of Hector Santiago, who has been sent to the bullpen. Shoemaker has posted a 6.31 ERA in five starts at Triple-A Salt Lake this season and should be ignored for fantasy purposes.
