Matt Moore shut out the Angels for 6 1/3 innings in the Rays' 3-0 win Saturday. It's just the second time this season that Moore has gone without allowing a run. He's definitely pitched better of late, with three quality starts and a near miss in his five outings this month. Still, he seems like a long shot to finish in the top three in the Rookie of the Year balloting with his current 7-7 record and 4.01 ERA.
