Matt Moore (elbow) is expected to be activated from the disabled list to start against the Angels in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The 24-year-old southpaw was in the midst of a stellar season before his elbow issues persisted, posting a 14-3 record, 3.41 ERA and 115/56 K/BB ratio over 121 1/3 innings. Fantasy owners may want to give him one start to shake off the rust before re-inserting him into lineups, though those with weekly lineups are unlikely to have that luxury.
