Matt Moore (abdominal discomfort) is not likely to throw live batting practice Wednesday. The hope was that Moore would be able to resume his throwing program by the middle of this week, but the Rays are going to play it as safe as possible with their prized 22-year-old left-hander this early in the spring. The abdominal issue is not considered serious, and Moore should have little trouble playing catch-up in the month of March. He has the potential to be a fantasy ace right away.
