Matt Lindstrom (ankle) will throw live batting practice later this week. Lindstrom threw another 30-pitch bullpen session Saturday and is scheduled for another side session Tuesday before then being cleared to face hitters. The reliever has made a quicker-than-expected return from May ankle surgery and is aiming to rejoin the White Sox' bullpen in early August. Lindstrom seems likely to eventually rejoin the closer gig, so stash him now if someone dropped him.
