Matt Holliday (neck) is not in the Cardinals' lineup Wednesday. It's the second straight start Holliday has missed due to a stiff neck/back. The Cards have given no indication to this point that it might be a DL situation, so consider him day-to-day. St. Louis is again going with Allen Craig in left field, David Freese at DH spot and Daniel Descalso at third base.
