Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Matt Duffy (hamstring) was scheduled to take batting practice with the Gulf Coast Rays and was also scheduled for four to five at-bats in a simulated game in Port Charlotte. Duffy has been out all season but could be an option for the Rays lineup sometime next month.
