Matt Carson left the game against the Mariners Saturday after running headfirst into the outfield wall. Carson was able to sit up while being carted off, but he suffered some cuts to his face in the accident. The 31-year-old was hit in the head by a pitch earlier this spring, so it's been a rough couple weeks for the outfielder.
