Matt Capps tossed a scoreless ninth in a non-save situation to help the Twins down the Phillies on Tuesday. Nick Blackburn and Brian Duensing combined to give up seven runs in 5 1/3 innings, but Minnesota's offense and remaining relievers were up to the challenge in the 11-7 victory. Minnesota is now 10-3 in their last 13 games. Capps is the epitome of a player with fantasy value solely because of his role. Only a slight-above average reliever, he has 14 saves and a 2.96 ERA. He has a great 1.00 WHIP and has walked only three batters in 23 1/3 innings, but his average stuff has led to only 14 strikeouts.
