Matt Capps has been removed from the closer role in favor of Joe Nathan. It's about time. Capps blew his seventh save on Friday when he gave up a two-run homer to the Royals' Eric Hosmer. Capps will head back to setup and middle relief carrying an unimpressive 4.76 ERA over 39 2/3 innings.
